Choose from prosciutto di parma from the Toscana region, auricchio sliced provolone from the Lombardia region, mortadella and salami from the Piedmont and Lombardia regions, homemade sopressatta and dried sausage, sporessata from the Venetto region, homemade Capicolla, and other cold cut delicacies.
